Terminal (windows st3)

по хоткею запускается windows PowerShell
как настроить другой терминал (имею в виду терминал MinGW32 поставляемый с GIT)?

вопрос простой, но при гуглении натыкаюсь на статьи либо о компилировании C++, либо о том как интегрировать GIT в сублайм... 

Я уж отказался от мысли настраивать GIT плагины под винндой...

Помогите пожалуйста хотя бы с открытием нужного терминала!
