Установка:

Если используется Sublime Package Control, то Ctrl+Shift+p, Install Package и ищем Theme - Nil.

Для ручной установки можно воспользоваться инструкцией на github: https://github.com/nilium/st2-nil-theme#installation

Настройка стандартна:

Preferences -> Settings - User и меняем или добавляем:

"theme": "Nil.sublime-theme"
или

"theme": "Ayin.sublime-theme"
